Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance testing on data to ensure accuracy and determine if there are gaps
- Estimate form and transaction volumes for our IRS 1099-DA filings and print and production estimates
- Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives to streamline operational workflows and enhance customer inquiry responses
- Present your completed project to managers, team guides, and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding detail-orientation and process-orientation skills

Preferred Qualifications
