Description

Scope of Responsibilities

• Contribute in appraising company or asset values using the income, market, or asset-based approaches for transactions, financial reporting, or tax purposes.
• Conduct business analysis and financial instrument valuations, prepare necessary reports in accordance with valuation standards.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support valuation analysis.
• Perform equity and industry research, including management interviews and site visits.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines. Overseas graduates are welcome.
• 1+ years of experience in banks, financial institutions, financial investments, or Big 4 audit firms will be an advantage. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Proficient in interpreting financial and contract terms with excellent English writing skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
•  Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• CFA qualification is an advantage but not required.
