Description

1. 负责协助公司业务部门拓展，收集、掌握、跟进项目信息及客户关系维护等后续工作；
2. 维护公司现有客户信息，挖掘并建立新的客户资源；
3. 开发新客户，对潜在客户进行根基洽谈，进行项目的前期接洽；
4. 合规地与客户建立并维持良好的合作关系；
5. 收集北京区域的房地产行业信息，了解及跟踪市场动态等；
6. 维护公司品牌形象，推动公司品牌效应；
7. 负责合同执行过程中的协调及款项的催收工作

Qualifications

1. 本科或以上学历，市场营销、房地产相关专业优先考虑；
2. 具有良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，具备个人形象气质；
3. 对房地产市场敏感，有较强的市场分析能力；
4. 具备较高的综合素质、独立处理事务的能力以及较强的团队合作精神；
5. 责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力
