Your role

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of experts leading major capital building and infrastructure projects. You will support the management of office fit-out and new construction projects, working alongside architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client and project meetings, managing multiple stakeholders and communication streams.
  • Support the management of commercial space fit-out and new construction projects.
  • Participate in site surveys to verify ongoing work scope and identify necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and assist in negotiating construction and installation contracts.
  • Oversee, verify, and coordinate ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts and scope management.
  • Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage financial frameworks, forecasts, and cost tracking logs, providing regular financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, representing owners in the delivery of building developments.
  • A university degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project), MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).

Additional Information

This position includes a 3-month probation period.
