Description

• Responsible for the preliminary planning of real estate project development, such as project market research, feasibility analysis, positioning analysis, architectural design suggestions, etc.;
• Undertake the responsibilities of the project manager, responsible for coordinating the planning team to write the preliminary planning report;
• Responsible for communicating with customers, including project development, reporting on stage work results, etc.;
• Lead the completion of team work arrangement. 

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above, overseas study is preferred, marketing, real estate, Chinese, advertising and other related majors are preferred.
• Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate pre-consultation and planning, preferably complex, commercial real estate, tourism and cultural real estate.
• Strong logical analysis and communication and coordination skills, good team awareness, execution and writing skills, able to withstand work pressure.
• Be able to use Office office software proficiently.
• Good English ability (especially reading and writing ability) is preferred.
