  • Validate stock levels in CoMan facilities and report to the SP&L team to coordinate raw material supplies, preventing disruptions.
  • Verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) for gold items, matching codes with SKUs to uphold production accuracy.
  • Coordinate daily deployment of finished goods (FG) from CoMan warehouses to DCs, aligning with production plans.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes on Aqulla/NGDI, matching delivery records with SAP Goods Receipts (GRs).
  • Oversee raw material receiving, validate quantities against deliveries, and perform double testing on items like potatoes to confirm rejections.
  • Manage periodical witness sessions and proficiency testing for CoMan lab teams to meet PepsiCo quality standards.
  • Conduct checks on finished products per sampling protocols, ensuring compliance in quality and packaging.
  • Handle customer complaints, investigations, and corrective actions with tracking.
  • Develop and report CoMan Quality KPIs, entering data into automation dashboards for the Egypt Business Unit.
  • Coordinate external audits (AIB/GFSI), review reports, and implement action plans for nonconformities.
  • Ensure food safety protocols, including mock recalls for traceability, and train teams on standards.
