Job Summary

Provides strategic financial analysis to support leadership decision-making for Xumo, Comcast’s joint venture focused on free ad-supported streaming (FAST). Key responsibilities include long-range planning, performance reporting, and generating insights that inform Xumo’s monetization, distribution, and platform strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Conducts financial analysis to evaluate potential strategic decisions and presents to senior management.
• Assists in preparation of Long Range Plan materials for the executive leaders and manages ongoing reporting objectives.
• Analyzes significant variances from plan in order to provide interpretations and recommendations to management ​
• Supports business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience/Additional Info:

• Ideal candidate will have experience in strategic finance, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, etc.
• Strong candidates will possess modeling and analytical expertise with demonstrated communication skills along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA (4 days in office & 1 day remote)
