Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate, redline, and execute sophisticated commercial agreements, emphasizing negotiations that improve value and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Lead communications with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to collaborate on contract drafting, revisions, and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying tools, processes, and ideas to boost team efficiencies in contract management.
  • Assist business units in developing tailored contract solutions for customers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Craft new contract templates, update existing ones as needed, and recommend enhancements to commercial contract policies and guidelines.
  • Partner with new business development teams on opportunities and special projects in gas midstream, marketing, and infrastructure.
  • Mentor team members and resolve complex customer issues with a focus on safety and organizational excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Williams' energy operations.
