  • Registering agreements, tasks, and commitments from meetings, with rigorous follow-up on progress.
  • Supporting productivity projects for Sales Strategy, Sales, or Trade Marketing teams through analysis, data gathering, and execution tracking.
  • Collaborating on the organization and execution of Andino-level productivity workshops or ideation sessions, providing analytical and operational support.
  • Proposing and implementing simple improvements to report generation and presentation for enhanced clarity, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Delivering analytical and operational support for commercial initiatives related to productivity and Stales management.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a strong foundation in data analysis and commercial support. Minimum requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in analysis or commercial support roles.
  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Intermediate English proficiency for handling reports, information, and regional interactions.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Macros, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI for visualization and analysis (highly desirable).
