Join CrowdStrike as a Commercial Sales Manager (Remote, Saudi Arabia) and lead a team of Account Executives in our Saudi Arabia Commercial organization. This pivotal role focuses on driving new logo acquisition, developing top sales talent, and building a high-performing hunter culture. Reporting to regional leadership, you'll spearhead efforts to exceed new business ARR targets in one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity markets. With CrowdStrike's Falcon platform at the forefront of endpoint detection, cloud security, and threat intelligence, you'll empower your team to deliver unmatched value to enterprises across Saudi Arabia. This remote position offers the autonomy to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment while contributing to our global mission to stop breaches.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of hunter Account Executives, driving them to consistently achieve 100%+ quota attainment on new logo ARR. Maintain a team retention rate of 85%+ by fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation.
Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, regular team meetings to inspire and energize, and provide real-time coaching on calls, demos, and negotiations. Develop individualized performance plans, build prospecting expertise, and promote top performers to cultivate future leaders.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls, ensuring 3x+ pipeline coverage. Deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts to leadership while monitoring deal progression and removing blockers.
Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, address underperformance swiftly, and recognize top performers. Manage performance improvement plans as needed to sustain peak performance.
Hire top hunter talent, execute 30/60/90-day onboarding programs, and ensure new hires ramp to productivity within 90 days.
Execute regional sales strategies, collaborate with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams, represent your team in leadership meetings, and drive continuous improvement through best practice sharing.
To succeed in this role, you need 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams and 3-5 years as an individual contributor with proven quota overachievement. A track record of developing teams with 80%+ quota attainment, managing 5-10 direct reports, strong coaching skills, prospecting methodology expertise (e.g., MEDDPICC), and Salesforce proficiency are required. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic highly advantageous. Preferred qualifications include cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS management experience, experience with remote teams, and a history as a top-performing seller.
