As a Condition Monitoring Analyst (Analista de ConMon) at PepsiCo's facility in Mar del Plata Sur, Buenos Aires, Argentina, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing plant reliability and uptime. This full-time position focuses on developing and coordinating Condition Monitoring and Lubrication programs to shift maintenance from reactive to predictive strategies. Reporting to reliability and maintenance leadership, you will drive best practices, train teams, and ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities using tools like SAP PM. Ideal for electromechanical engineers passionate about industrial reliability in the food and beverage sector.
Lead the coordination and development of Condition Monitoring and Lubrication programs to maximize plant uptime. Manage scheduled maintenance activities through execution, training, and delegation, ensuring high reliability across operations.
Import industry-leading practices to expand Condition Monitoring techniques plant-wide, fostering preventive and predictive maintenance. Investigate and adopt the latest equipment, techniques, and standards from the industry.
Direct first-level maintenance to address anomalies identified during monitoring rounds by technicians and operators. Maintain weekly traceability of lubricant usage and consumption.
Control schedules for Condition Monitoring, Lubrication, and Predictive Plans, delivering weekly compliance reports to Reliability Leader, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, SETs, and Business Coordinators via SAP PM.
Develop the specialized Condition Monitoring leadership role, coordinating delegations and introducing new Lubrication, ConMon, and predictive routines for incoming production lines.
We seek a received Electromechanical Engineer with a passion for maintenance reliability. Desirable qualifications include 2+ years in Engineering or Condition Monitoring activities, prior experience in Condition Monitoring, Lubrication, Combustion, and Predictive Maintenance, and advanced English proficiency.
