We are seeking an Account Executive to join our New Logo Acquisition team in Seoul, South Korea. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition by introducing Confluent’s leading data streaming platform to prospective clients across the mid-market and enterprise segments.
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. You will identify and qualify leads, develop and present compelling value propositions, and negotiate deals to secure new business. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
