We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our New Logo Acquisition Team in Tokyo. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition by introducing Confluent's leading data streaming platform to prospective clients across the mid-market and enterprise segments. You will leverage your prospecting, consultative selling, and deal execution skills to uncover opportunities, solve business problems, and build long-term value for new customers.
As an Account Executive, Acquisition Sales at Confluent, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth in the Japanese market. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. Your ability to understand customer needs, present compelling value propositions, and build strong relationships will be critical to your success.
You will work closely with Solutions Engineers and Services teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible solutions and support. Collaboration with marketing, business development, and channel teams will also be essential to maximize your territory potential.
