As a member of the Confluent Sales Team, the Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling Confluent solutions to our DISA/4th Estate Federal segment. We expect you to use your prospecting, sales, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively sell Confluent offerings to leading companies to meet and exceed your quarterly sales target. You must possess a "consumption/growth" mentality with a proven track record of success within a value-driven sales model.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Virginia, providing a great work-life balance. Virginia is a hub for technology and government, making it an ideal location to engage with key customers in the DISA/4th Estate Federal segment. The remote nature of the role allows you to manage your own schedule and work effectively from your home office.
