About the Role

We are seeking a Deal Desk Manager to support opportunities and processes within Sales Operations, focusing on our Marketplace Cloud Providers. Reporting to the EMEA Deal Desk Senior Manager, you will work cross-functionally on various projects supporting deal processes. Analytical skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

A Day in the Life of a Deal Desk Manager

As a Deal Desk Manager, your day will involve a mix of strategic and tactical activities. You will collaborate with the sales team to structure complex deals, provide guidance on quoting, and ensure policy compliance. You'll serve as the main point of contact for deal approvals and escalations, working with various internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Customer Success. You will also manage deal transactions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring eligibility requirements are met and documentation is complete. Furthermore, you will use Salesforce CPQ to create accurate quotes and contracts, and provide regular updates to sales finance and management.
