You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and building long-term customer relationships. Each day as a LATAM Account Executive will bring new challenges and opportunities. Your day might start with prospecting new leads and qualifying potential customers through research and targeted outreach. You will then engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business challenges and identify how Confluent can help. You will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the power of our data streaming platform. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to design customized solutions and address technical questions. A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will also spend time building relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring their continued success with Confluent. Finally, you'll stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Confluent's latest product developments.
This role is based remotely in Texas, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected to a vibrant tech ecosystem.
