Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer in Developer Productivity at Confluent, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the developer experience for our entire engineering team. A Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of designing and implementing source code repository management tools, building and managing CI/CD pipelines, and identifying and solving inefficiencies in our services and tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and monitoring of the Developer Productivity infrastructure.
