As a Senior Software Engineer in Developer Productivity at Confluent, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the developer experience for our entire engineering team. A Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of designing and implementing source code repository management tools, building and managing CI/CD pipelines, and identifying and solving inefficiencies in our services and tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and monitoring of the Developer Productivity infrastructure. Collaboration is key, as you will be partnering with other engineering teams to build solutions and drive the overall roadmap for Developer Productivity.
