About the Role:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Confluent, you will be at the forefront of enabling our customers to realize the full potential of data streaming. You'll play a crucial role in the sales process, guiding customers through the evaluation phase and ensuring they achieve ongoing value from our solutions. This involves understanding their business needs, designing technical solutions, and facilitating discussions to inspire confidence in adopting new patterns. You'll be a key member of the Customer Success Team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives customer success and promotes the adoption of Confluent’s technology.

A Day in the Life:
