Role Overview

Confluent is seeking a motivated and growth-minded Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA Sales team, focusing on the Indian market. In this role, you will partner with senior Account Executives on our most strategic accounts, driving pipeline activities and closing opportunities up to $100K. You will identify new consumption workloads (Streaming Projects) to maximize customer value. You'll leverage your strong prospecting, consultative selling, and deal execution skills to uncover opportunities, solve real business problems, and build long-term value for new customers.
