As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will be dynamic and fast-paced. You will start by reviewing your pipeline, identifying priority prospects, and planning your outreach strategy. You will spend time researching companies and individuals, crafting personalized emails and messages, and making phone calls to generate new leads. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, answer customer questions, and address their concerns. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer. You will also work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, track progress, and close deals. You will stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Confluent's product roadmap. You will participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
