As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) on the Confluent Federal Sales Team, you will be at the forefront of driving pipeline creation and early-stage deal development across DISA and 4th Estate accounts. You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities, building a robust foundation for your future enterprise sales leadership within Confluent. This role is critical for expanding Confluent's presence in the federal sector by introducing our data streaming platform to key stakeholders.
