About the Role

As a Manager – GTM Data Operations, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of our go-to-market (GTM) data within Salesforce and related systems. This role blends data quality management with team leadership, requiring a hands-on approach to oversee daily data workflows, resolve data issues, and coach team members to deliver accurate and timely support. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our data is clean, trusted, and actionable, ultimately driving better business decisions and outcomes.

A Day in the Life

• Morning: Start your day by reviewing the data operations queue and prioritizing urgent tickets. Engage with your team in India to discuss ongoing tasks, address roadblocks, and provide guidance. Participate in a stand-up meeting with SalesOps to discuss data-related initiatives and gather feedback.
• Mid-Day: Dive into hands-on data management tasks, such as deduplication, field-level corrections, and data standardization within Salesforce using tools like DemandTools. Handle escalations from Sales or Marketing regarding data discrepancies, working to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Afternoon: Focus on team leadership activities. Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Monitor workload distribution and ensure tasks are being executed efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data challenges and improve data processes.
