About the Role

As a Manager – GTM Data Operations, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of our go-to-market (GTM) data within Salesforce and related systems. This role blends data quality management with team leadership, requiring a hands-on approach to oversee daily data workflows, resolve data issues, and coach team members to deliver accurate and timely support. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our data is clean, trusted, and actionable, ultimately driving better business decisions and outcomes.
