Role Overview

As a Sales & Partner Strategy & Operations team member focusing on the APAC and Middle East regions, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Confluent’s go-to-market strategy. You will act as a strategic business partner to the APAC Partner Sales Team and the Middle East Direct and Partner Sales teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and achieve revenue goals. This role is pivotal in enabling Confluent to scale effectively within these key growth markets.

A Day in the Life

Each day will bring a unique set of challenges and opportunities. You might start by analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the sales pipeline. You’ll then work on developing executive dashboards to present these findings to senior leadership. A significant part of your day could be spent collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance and data science, to build financial models and forecast future growth. Additionally, you'll be managing partner operating rhythms, coordinating sales pipeline reviews, and contributing to demand generation initiatives.
