Role Overview: GSI Partner Success Manager

The Senior Partner Success Manager for GSIs is a pivotal role in expanding Confluent's reach through strategic partnerships. You will develop comprehensive strategies with select Global System Integrators (GSIs), driving pipeline, building skills and capabilities, and serving as a force multiplier for our data streaming platform's growth. This role involves leading and setting strategy with selected GSIs, and owning the end-to-end partner business planning, governance, and sales execution in collaboration with sales team members and executives, ensuring mutual growth and success within Confluent’s partner ecosystem.
