About the Role

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager focusing on the Public Sector in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, renewals, and subscription expansion within our Large Enterprise accounts. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers fully utilize the Confluent platform and achieve their business goals through real-time data solutions.

A Day in the Life of a Strategic Customer Success Manager

Your day will be dynamic and focused on ensuring the success of your assigned Enterprise customers. Here’s a glimpse:

  • Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with key stakeholders at your customer accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Account Director and Account Team to develop and execute account strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Renewal Management: Proactively manage your customer portfolio to ensure on-time renewals and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
