Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in telecommunications, security, and ICS networking.
  • Ensure systems are designed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with operational, security, and reliability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain telecommunications standards and ICS processes.
  • Provide guidance and direction on enabling technologies.
  • Manage the design, planning, maintenance, and lifecycle of telecommunications and network assets within PCNs and DMZs.
  • Ensure secure, resilient, and compliant industrial communications infrastructure.
  • Promote and adhere to the ConocoPhillips HSE Management System.
  • Incorporate the CPC safety culture into daily activities and duties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OT/ICS technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead network strategy, including architecture design, defining technical standards, and device specification.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of ICS environments.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures for ICS networks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ICS related telecom issues
  • Collaborate with Automation Engineering, Field Automation, and ICS OT Specialists
