Position Summary

The Construction Manager III/Sr/Staff (Project Execution - Power Innovation) role in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is ideal for seasoned professionals ready to lead the construction of advanced BTM power plants. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction closeout, including data books, completion reports, and lessons learned documentation.
  • Develop and enforce quality programs aligned with inspector qualifications, permits, and technical standards.
  • Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer between BTM and traditional pipeline projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the fast-paced demands of energy innovation.

Required Qualifications

Construction Manager III: High School Diploma/GED + 6 years related experience + CCM (CMAA) Certification. Preferred: Bachelor’s in Construction Science/Management.

Construction Manager Sr: High School Diploma/GED + 8 years related experience (5 on $50M+ projects) + CCM Certification. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Construction Manager Staff: Bachelor’s degree + 12 years related experience (7 on large/mega projects).

Physical & Environmental Requirements: Work in extreme temperatures, loud/enclosed spaces; lift 50+ lbs; stand/walk/climb/bend for extended periods; work at heights with PPE; use hand tools.

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean record; strong organizational/interpersonal skills; MS Office proficiency. Preferred: Process facility/pipeline experience.
