Role Overview

The Consultant, Customer Solutions role at Cardinal Health places you at the heart of healthcare supply chain transformation. Based in Boston, MA, you'll work onsite at customer locations Monday through Thursday, with remote Fridays. Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Customer Solutions, your days will be dynamic and customer-focused:

• Support RFI/RFP processes with emphasis on ValueLink and supply chain optimization opportunities.
• Lead comprehensive supply chain assessments, cost-to-serve analyses, go-live events, and design meetings.
• Provide expert guidance on healthcare supply chains both internally and onsite with customers.
• Use data insights to recommend and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Consult on new business implementations, contracting, and pricing strategies.
• Optimize post-implementation service offerings to maximize customer value.
• Handle inventory reconciliation and process improvements onsite.
• Cultivate relationships for superior customer experiences and business retention.
• Conduct presentations, account planning, and advocate for timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Report progress using Excel and Cardinal Health's proprietary optimization tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, bring:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain or healthcare.
• BA/BS or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong supply chain knowledge and customer-facing expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics: Excel (including pivot tables), Tableau.
• Experience with inventory management systems and databases is a plus.
