As Consultant, MSO Benefits, you'll play a pivotal role in managing benefits for Managed Service Organizations (MSOs) under direct supervision of the Manager, Benefits. This nationwide remote position involves coordinating day-to-day benefits plans, consulting on onboarding strategies, and partnering with HRIT, HRIS, HRBPs, Legal, and vendors. You'll handle communications for new hires and annual enrollment, ensure compliance, support M&A integrations, and serve as the key point of contact for provider groups.
