Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrating expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and measurement methods.
• Consulting with business leaders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and recommend tailored solutions.
• Converting ideas, experiences, and knowledge from SMEs into interactive online and classroom learning assets.
• Using instructional design methodologies to design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions.
• Creating, publishing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of instructional solutions through monthly audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitating instructor-led training with effective presentation and facilitation techniques.
