Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

As a core member of the MongoDB PS team, your impact will span the entire application lifecycle:

• Lead customer implementations from portfolio assessment, planning, design, deployment, development, testing, to production optimization and best practices.
• Deliver expert training in classroom settings for architects, developers, and operations professionals.
• Collaborate seamlessly within delivery teams including fellow engineers, project managers, and account executives.
• Cultivate trusted advisor status to guide MongoDB customers into the future of data-driven innovation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to directly influence the MongoDB product roadmap based on real-world field insights.
• Communicate technical proposals simply and convincingly to executives, developers, and stakeholders.
• Drive client success while maintaining high billable utilization and sharing product roadmap updates.
• Continuously improve yourself, MongoDB products, and team processes through proactive feedback.
• Travel up to 20% for high-impact in-person client engagements when preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience with databases: MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
