Manage the Consumer Engagement Platform by translating business needs into functional updates, leading promotional campaign processes with brand teams, and fostering relationships across brand, digital, shopper, IT, global, and local stakeholders.

Reporting, Collaboration, and Compliance

Generate regular reports on KPIs, campaign learnings, best practices, and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with marketing technology vendors to meet quality standards. Ensure all data-driven campaigns comply with GDPR and regional data privacy regulations, supporting PepsiCo's in-housing transformation.

To succeed, candidates need a digital and FMCG/retail background with strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing processes and technologies.
