As Consumer Engagement Market Lead, your core duties include building and executing strategies for first-party data acquisition aligned with global and local targets. You will own relevant KPIs, integrate 1PD objectives into every campaign, and promote capability adoption in key markets. Orchestrating platforms like the Consumer Engagement Platform, Salesforce, CDP, WhatsApp, and marketing automation tools will be central to optimizing campaigns and ensuring data accuracy.
Create and manage customer segments for personalized campaigns and product recommendations. Drive 1PD acquisition and engagement via continuous A/B testing improvements. Manage the Consumer Engagement Platform by translating business needs into functional updates, leading promotional campaign processes with brand teams, and fostering relationships across brand, digital, shopper, IT, global, and local stakeholders.
Generate regular reports on KPIs, campaign learnings, best practices, and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with marketing technology vendors to meet quality standards. Ensure all data-driven campaigns comply with GDPR and regional data privacy regulations, supporting PepsiCo's in-housing transformation.
To succeed, candidates need a digital and FMCG/retail background with strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing processes and technologies. Proven product/service ownership experience with successful delivery records is essential, alongside B2C communication practices in FMCG/retail. Expertise in leveraging analytics and transactional data for digital marketing is required, complemented by excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills for managing stakeholders.
