Integrate holistic growth frameworks into business reviews, ensuring consumer-focused Periodic Business Reviews (PBRs). Oversee reporting for Pepsi Beverages US and the global joint venture, providing performance commentary. Monitor competitive activity, deliver timely intelligence, and build relationships with country insights teams. Manage two S&T team members in Hyderabad, India, guiding analytical support.
Candidates need a minimum of 8 years in strategic insights, shopper insights, strategy, or marketing roles, with 5+ years in CPG preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with an Advanced Degree highly desired. Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is essential, alongside experience applying insights to business challenges, communications, and innovation testing. Strong familiarity with syndicated data sources like IRI and iBEV, plus analytical storytelling, is critical.
