To succeed in this role, candidates need 3–5 years of experience in an Insights function, ideally with leading agencies like Kantar, Nielsen, or IPSOS, or within a CMI team at an FMCG company. Hands-on expertise with social intelligence tools such as Sprinklr, Talkwalker, and Brandwatch is essential. Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required, alongside strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
