Description

▪ Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
▪ Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
▪ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards

▪Measuring and send ETO tire for ETO / ISD cross section
▪Responsible for CTD report to make report finish on time 
▪Take care about cross section storage area for  ETO / ISD / RN
▪Take care ETO storage area 
▪Follow up and monitor  ETO / ISD (Radial) 
▪Support PI engineer for industrialization activities of new and experimental materials, products and processes in close cooperation with production team in plant
▪ETO tire preparing for shipment 
▪Coordinate with Production team , QM , PE to ensure ETO activity successful

▪Support new technology and new tire size and product in plant
▪Initiate Value ownership  to improve the direct material and process costs according to plant objectives

▪Supports planning & manufacturing of experimental Tire Order, on time delivery and reports 
▪Support PI engineer to ensure SOP of new products and technologies according to R&D requirements and plant objectives
▪Support Rayong team to reduce scrap refer to KPI and Goal of plant 
▪Analyze problem in process related to ETO/ISD

Qualifications

High vocational certificate with or any related field

0 - 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing
0 - 2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field is advantage
