Description

Key targets:

• to be often responsible to the completion of a part of a project or activities for which he/she/leads a small team

• to work with other members of Central Team and local plant management to ensure the local IT department running smoothly, 
• to meet internal design criteria and to comply with Internal Information Security and Internal Audit specified guidelines
• under region IT head to support, to maintain local infrastructure. 
•  Support local and Region or Global IT digitization projects

Responsible for efficient and effective support of 300 client devices and 300 users in location. To support  projects on region and local level need clear advise on infrastructure concepts, solution design, project realization and operation

▪Daily management of Local IT department
▪IT Help Desk for all IT users
▪Support and implement in local about the global project developed by Continental IT Headquarters
▪Ensure the stable operation of the company's IT network and servers or other devices, and maintain the equipment in accordance with IT policies
▪Support various IT audit in TISAX , ISO27001 etc. 
▪Resonsible for local Data Protection and Cyber Security issues.

• Provide support of the digital transformation and Industry 4.0 projects
• Drive plant in RPA ,Power BI , MSB , AI and other digitization projects
• Follow-up the porjects and ensure the investment in right way
▪ Specify budget and execute budget
▪ Supervise the execution of the plant IT budget when necessary
▪ Local ISP cost management

• This employee could be responsible for supervising contractors and vendors during the installation and repair of systems, either locally or remotely. 

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in large-scale data center/LAN environment.

• Experience with planning, implementation and administration of network devices such as, routers, switches, VPN, and firewalls – preferably Cisco based.

• A thorough knowledge of LAN and WLAN architectures and routing protocols, and a thorough working knowledge of Internet protocols and services (TCP/IP, WWW, FTP, TELNET, SSH, SNMP, etc.)

• Cyber security knowledge and training skills

• Infrastructure knowledge in Data Center , Cloud Management

• ITSM Knowledge

• Experience with IT audit ,TISAX , ISO27001 etc.

• Management server in Windows, Linux

• Experience with Mobile platform

• Experience with RPA , Power BI , iConics , Datafeed,AI
