Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IAM Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on the operation and optimization of the OpenText IAM platform, supporting identity-related integrations and license management across our enterprise systems. You will collaborate with international colleagues to ensure consistent and secure identity services across the organization.

• Operate and maintain the OpenText IAM system as part of a global infrastructure team.
• Manage and support IAM connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, EntraID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and SAP.
• Support Microsoft 365 license management, including usage analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve IAM-related incidents.
• Document operational procedures, system changes, and configuration standards.
• Participate in global IAM projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenText IAM or similar identity platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and SAP in the context of identity and license management.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in a global or cross-functional IT environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially in English, for collaboration across international teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
