Main tasks:

  • Supports department specialists in scheduling interviews;
  • Holds recruitment interviews for certain roles;
  • Managing information in databases;
  • Prepare HR-related reports/ presentations as needed;
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days;
  • Other activities related to the recruitment process;
  • Fill in data into our time attendance system and using it to maintain our processes accurate;
  • Work on Administrative projects and tasks in order to support the HR Administration functions;
  • Assist with month-end administration reports;
  • Actively supports the improvement process for the Administration activities.

Qualifications

  • University studies (in progress, preferably Master)
  • Available for a 8h/day working schedule
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • English language - advanced level
  • A motivated person, with strong analytical skills; 
  • Person Willing to learn and to develop.
