Description

Main tasks:

• Collection of documents and packages  from customs
• Delivery of packages and documents based on the bill to all departments
• Preparation of ICO transport documents, penitentiary, external warehouse
• Preparation of AWB transport documents for courier transports
• Create UIT number for deliveryes 
• Daily delivery of sets of documents prepared by the documents clerk at Customer Logistics
• Performs any other task assigned by the direct superior
• Respect the working hours. Comply with the provisions of the Internal Order Regulation and the Collective Labor Agreement;
• Comply with the work protection, environmental, and PSI instructions and carry out the related periodic training

Qualifications

• University studies in progress (bachelor/master);
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
• English language - intermediate/advanced level;
• Communicative and detail-oriented person;
• Willingness to work 8h/day, morning schedule.
