-มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้งานเครื่องจักรในพื้นที่ผลิตยาง
-รักษาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพยางที่ผลิตในพื้นที่การผลิตยางรถยนต์
-ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยเพื่อดำเนินการใดๆ
-รายงานหัวหน้ากะฝ่ายสร้างยางรถยนต์
- ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานในชีวิตประจำวัน
- แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมส่วนบุคคลที่เป็นแบบอย่างในด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยและจูงใจผู้อื่น
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจถึงการแจ้งเตือน การตอบสนองเหตุอย่างทันที และเริ่มมาตรการป้องกันในกรณีที่มีความไม่ปลอดภัย มลพิษ และเหตุอันตรายต่างๆเกิดขึ้น
- ใช้เครื่องจักรอย่างชำนาญในพื้นที่การผลิตยางรถยนต์ เพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตตรงตามแผนการผลิตต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงแต่ละครั้ง
- จัดเตรียมชิ้นส่วนในเครื่องจักรสร้างยางรถยนต์ เช่น รถใส่ชิ้นส่วน เพื่อจัดการบริหารปริมาณของชิ้นส่วน
- ผลิตยางรถยนต์ซึ่งได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- เข้าใจประเภทของข้อบกพร่องและตระหนักถึงการหลีกเลี่ยงการทำผิดที่ทำให้เกิดข้อบกพร่อง
- ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาทักษะ
- ใช้ทรัพยากรที่ได้รับอย่างคุ้มค่า
Qualifications
High vocational certificate with or any related field or Fresh Graduate
0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management
0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
