• Ensure availability of all equipment and operation in optimal working order with the best time-cost ratio.
• Develop, design, create, innovate, operate and maintain the management of maintenance systems in production processes and facilities.
• Responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, keeping KPI assigned by high management (annual objective).
• Responsible for the group of electrical maintenance engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic y Mechanical Engineering. 
• Advanced English. 
• SAP PM module.
• Experience: 
  • Preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance.
  • Automotive Industry.
  • Leadership.
  • Reporting. 
  • Continuous Improvement .
  • LOTO & High Risk Task (safety).
• Knowledge:
  • ISO 40001.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Core Tools. 
  • Automation (PLC, HMI, Sensors, Control Card).
  • Failures Deep Analysis.
