Description

• Knows and applies all work instructions and procedures specific to the activity;
• Participates in training programs and acquires the necessary knowledge, putting accent on self training;
• Develops employees by: Instruction/ reinstruction of operators depending on the requirements;
• Leading professional training in order to qualify/ requalify operators according to the training plan;
• Monitoring quality level and work effectiveness of operators and collaboration with the respective Production Area in order to improve individual results.
• Conceives and updates training plans & materials to qualify operators;
• Designs theoretical and practical tests necessary for the qualification and requalification of operators;
• Coordinates the testing and retesting of operators;
• Archives files and updates the qualification matrix;
• Collaborates with the production senior operators on all training topics.

Qualifications

• University degree;
• Experience in a production environment;
• Train the trainer degree represents a plus;
• Microsoft Office 365 knowledge;
• English language: fluency in both speaking and writing;
