Description

As a member of BA IEMEA SIOP Operations Demand & Capacity Planning Team your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective coordination of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and monitoring processes, which includes following key tasks:

• maintain the demand planning process and ensure completeness across all verticals and product clusters
• oversee capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and operational capabilities
• collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and insights for demand forecasting
• monitor demand forecast accuracy, identify deviation and drive corrective action when necessary
• analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders

Qualifications

Degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business

professional experience in SCM Planning, E2E Siop Operations

fluent English

High level regarding SCM Process understanding

solid SAP know-how

High level of customer orientation
