Description

- Superintending shift operators in Tire Building Machine
- Advise shift operators to maintain and improve quality of Carcass and Green Tires
- Comply safety regulation, also Advise shift operators
▪ Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
▪ Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
▪ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards

Qualifications

High vocational certificate with or any related field
3-5 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
