Description

▪ Implement and execute process and product testing  and monitoring
▪ Ensure that all standards are meet during the productive shift
▪ Document monitoring results
▪Hold and segregate material in case results are not achieving spec▪ Operate the assigned test devices
▪ Provide technical support to the assigned test devices and the associated infrastructure
▪ Execute and monitor maintenance and repair work▪ Development and maintenance of local workinstructions
▪ Development of measurements and test methods
▪ Design, manufacture, and implement measuring and testing devices in close connection with QT engineering
▪ Assess and determine test methods map with customer requirements▪ Participate in development projects
▪ Represent  testing and provide test results in assigned working groups
▪ Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA▪ Implement and evaluate quality assurance tests
▪ Document and notify QA test results▪Comply with all safety, cleanliness and tidiness standards of your workstation,to ensure the performance of work in the best conditions
▪Assist in improving occupational safety and infrastructure in the field of test technology▪Ensure compliance with customer and organization requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.
▪Support and ensure use of calibrated test devices and test devices
▪ Ensure the execution/implementation of the action plans related to KPIs as well as improvements in the department▪ Execute and monitor maintenance and repair work
▪ Administrate the stock of spare parts▪ Be a technical multiplier for the team and new employees, training them in work instructions and documented information in general.

Qualifications

Knowledge of respective test standards and their application on the assigned test devicesKnowledge of the different types of product defects, secure classification of the product condition with visual inspectionKnowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problemsHandling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid scapesKnowledge of ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc)Knowledge of the infrastructure and the procurement channels for spare parts and maintenanceKnowledge of the development processes of product development and quality assurance
