Role Overview

The Continuous Improvement Manager (also referred to as Manufacturing Engineer Leader) is a strategic leadership position within PepsiCo NAB. This full-time role oversees the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation plans to surpass business objectives in safety, quality, production efficiency, cost reduction, and customer service. Based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, you'll coordinate TPM efforts across two key manufacturing plants: Laurel and Johnstown. With direct reports and cross-functional collaboration, this position drives productivity improvements, loss elimination, and capability building for pillar leaders and frontline teams. Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical guidance to Operations and Maintenance teams for production line enhancements.
• Developing training programs to build TPM proficiency among leadership and frontline staff.
• Fostering a data-driven, team-based culture while sharing best practices across NAB sites.
• Aligning strategies with financial drivers and True Efficiency (TE) goals through loss elimination and job efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

• Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage Manufacturing, preferably with TPM or Lean experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Deep knowledge of processing and packing equipment to lead technical resources effectively.
• Strong financial acumen for cost and capital planning.
