The Continuous Improvement Manager (also referred to as Manufacturing Engineer Leader) is a strategic leadership position within PepsiCo NAB. This full-time role oversees the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation plans to surpass business objectives in safety, quality, production efficiency, cost reduction, and customer service. Based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, you'll coordinate TPM efforts across two key manufacturing plants: Laurel and Johnstown. With direct reports and cross-functional collaboration, this position drives productivity improvements, loss elimination, and capability building for pillar leaders and frontline teams.
