Role Overview

The Contract Analytics Associate Manager role in Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, is a pivotal position within PepsiCo's Global Contract program for the S&T (Supply & Technology) division. This role focuses on building and supporting a robust Contract Analytics capability, initially for North America with potential global expansion. You will integrate with Digital Procurement, Data & AI, and Supplier Relationship Management, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo's technical roadmap and conceptual architecture. As the guardian of contract data integrity, you will deliver tailored analytics to procurement teams, drive compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Your impact will be felt across multiple dimensions of PepsiCo's procurement ecosystem:

• Act as the primary coordinator for the 'golden frame' contract data structure, capturing, classifying, and maintaining all elements for reliable analytics and reporting.
• Serve as the final validation stop for contract data, conducting random sampling and quality checks before downstream consumption.
• Tailor analytical reports to meet procurement needs, covering spend analysis, supplier risk, compliance, and contract performance metrics.
• Lead and participate in meetings with Procurement, Technology, Data & AI, and business partners to align objectives, resolve issues, and advance program rollout.
• Support the rollout of the Global Contract program, owning analytics tools and dashboards while maintaining data accuracy.
• Lead data extraction, cleansing, and enrichment from CLM systems like Selectica, Ariba, and Terzo.
• Drive compliance reporting for GISR, legal, and sustainability, plus advanced analytics.
• Collaborate on global initiatives such as Supplier Hub and Risk Intelligence, while coaching junior analysts and building team capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract analytics, procurement analytics, or data management.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
• Deep functional knowledge of procurement aspects like sourcing, category management, processes, and tools; Food & Beverage industry experience is a plus.
• Strong expertise in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and procurement systems.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SpendHQ, and CLM platforms (Selectica, Ariba, Terzo).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and implement sourcing processes globally.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking to translate plans into executable actions, analytical mindset, and people management skills to coach and foster inclusive teams.
• Functional expertise in Travel and Financial Services supplier landscapes is advantageous.
