Role Overview

The Contract Manager - LATAM Hub role, based in Mexico City's Miguel Hidalgo office, is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-office. This leadership role oversees the contracts team supporting PepsiCo's Brazil business units, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the LATAM Contracts Policy. You'll manage two contract attorneys in Brazil, collaborate with local legal teams, business partners, and the Global Legal Services (GLS) organization, driving efficiency and compliance in a dynamic regional hub.

Key Responsibilities

As Contract Manager, your impact will span leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration:

  • Lead the contracts team to adhere to SLAs and LATAM contracts policy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local legal teams and business partners.
  • Build expertise in contract processes and support consistent application across markets.
  • Lead improvements in templates, playbooks, processes, and digital contracting tools.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide contracting and training support for all categories in the LATAM policy.
  • Ensure compliance with PepsiCo policies and business unit requirements.
  • Coordinate workflow improvements with internal functions.
  • Participate in regional initiatives for standardization and digital transformation.
  • Deliver regular reporting to GLS Director and stakeholders, plus temporary coverage during peaks.

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in legal contracts.
