The Control & Reporting Assoc Analyst position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence across Distribution Centers (DCs), sales teams, and supply chain partners. This full-time role involves managing controls during system implementations, monthly field closings, bad debt reviews, and collaboration with sales for go-to-market strategies. You will oversee 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockists, and distributors, conduct market visits, review AR aging, evaluate CCPFs, and deliver KPI dashboards to leadership. This role supports the BU Finance agenda, harmonizing processes across geographies in a dynamic, complex structure.
To excel as Control & Reporting Assoc Analyst at PepsiCo Riyadh, candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial controls, reporting, or sales finance. Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial analysis tools is essential. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, SOX compliance, and supply chain finance (I2C) is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across sales, supply chain, and leadership teams are critical. Arabic language skills are a plus for market visits and stakeholder engagement.
