  • Record manual invoices in PACE, review credit invoices, and reconcile with daily credit reports.
  • Prepare and send KA and MT invoices to central Accounts Receivable (AR), closing daily financial periods accurately.
  • Generate timely sales and customer status reports for the sales team, monitoring B&C and discount resolutions.
  • Manage credit documents, guarantees, and cash cycles with proper documentation; participate in coolers and FG write-off committees.
  • Handle GL activities, other revenue transactions, and cooler documentations; execute monthly market samples per OTC policies.
  • Contribute to monthly closings via checklists, prepare inventory reports (e.g., marketing free products, write-offs, samples), and reconcile customer balances (SAP vs. PACE vs. open items).
  • Perform customer balance confirmations, CR sales achievements for payroll, insurance documentation, and COSO testing quarterly.
  • Support fiscal counts, department projects, and ad-hoc HO requirements as needed.
